The LTD Dealer Select Wildwood “10s” 52 Telecaster Relic is a great Telecaster relic for collectors and players alike.  As with all Fender relic guitars, the ’52 Telecaster Relic is built to be nearly identical to the original instruments built back in 1952.  In fact, authentic parts have been used where possible, and where it wasn’t, the new parts have been artificially aged so that they fit right in.  While finding one of the original telecasters like the one used by Graham Coxon of the group Blur can be hard to find, these relics are readily available.  Note, however, that the 52 Telecaster Relic does have a limited release, so it may not be available forever.

The Wildwood “10s” ’52 Telecaster Relic consists of a premium lightweight body of ash with a quarter sawn maple V shaped neck.  The entire instrument is finished with a tinted nitrocellulose lacquer and is available in three colors —faded two-colour sunburst, faded vintage blonde, and faded sonic blue.  The fingerboard has a ten inch radius and features 21 Dunlop 6105 narrow jumbo frets.  For pickups, the Telecaster has a custom shop twisted Tele single-coil on the neck and a NoCaster Vintage Tele single-coil for the bridge.  You have three different pickups available: bridge, bridge and neck, or neck alone.  This guitar has a number of unique features, too, including a tinted neck, a limited edition decal, all original detailing, and, of course, artificial nicks and wear and tear to make it look like a vintage guitar.
