The Fano Alt De Fact Satellite is one of the newer relic guitar models by Fano Guitars. It’s a throwback to one of the older Fano models that was built in 1995. While it’s not one of the oldest models ever, Dennis Fano’s Alt De Fact Satellite model is sure to appeal to those who love Fenders and Gibsons. The original Satellite was designed to give Les Paul and Telecaster players a different kind of guitar that combines the best of these two types of instruments. Today, the guitar could be seen as something of an alternative to the Fano SP6 or the TC6. In fact, the Satellite has many of the same specs as a SP6, and the very first of the new Satellites to roll off the line even used the SP6 logo!

The Fano Alt De Fact Satellite features a swamp ash body with a full maple neck. The fretboard is made from rosewood and features 22 6105 frets. The neck is done in a late 50s C shape, giving it even more of a vintage look. This is further developed by the vintage 3 saddle T bridge. The relic guitar features a three way tone switch, volume and tone control knobs, and a black bakelite pickguard. It also has custom Fralin pickups—a P-90 for the neck and then a standard T bridge pickup.
